Sponsor will be collecting personal data about entrants (including, without limitation, e-mail addresses) when such entrants enter the Sweepstakes. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants hereby agree to all personal information uses and disclaimers as explained in Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, which can be found at www.phillipsfoods.com . Participation in the Sweepstakes further constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Sweepstakes Rules and Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and willingness to be contacted by telephone and/or email.
2. PRIZES; ODDS OF WINNING: Eight (8) Grand Prizes ( “Grand ”) will be awarded from among all eligible entries received and consist of. The American Express® branded prepaid cards awarded pursuant to this Game shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable cards and the laws and regulations of the winner’s jurisdiction of residence.
